1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how they are used. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in comparable ways.
2. The cookies and storage we use
Strictly necessary: remembering your language and theme choice, your cookie-consent decision, and - if you use the live agent demo - your demo progress (stored locally in your browser so you can resume). Analytics / performance (only with your consent): Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting measurement of aggregate usage without cross-site tracking. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Third-party cookies
The website does not currently embed third-party tools that set their own cookies - the voice demo and meeting booking run on our own infrastructure. If we add such an embed in the future, it will be gated behind the “embedded tools” consent switch. The ScanSystems applications and the AI Fortis Voice AI Platform run on separate domains and are covered by their own cookie policies.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set most browsers to refuse cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website works.

Where required by law, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time through your browser settings.
