1. Acceptance of these terms
This website (aifortis.com) is operated by AI Fortis Ltd. („ЕЙ АЙ Фортис“ ООД), a company registered in Bulgaria, EIK 208238799, VAT BG208238799, with registered address at 1 Gen. Stefan Toshev St, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria ("AI Fortis"). By accessing or using it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. The website
The website is provided for general information about AiFortis and its products and services. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual property
The AiFortis name, logos, product names (including ScanSystems and Voice AI Platform), text, graphics, designs and software on this website are owned by AiFortis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website - including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Live agent demo
The website offers a live demo of our AI voice agents. To use it you must submit accurate details and verify your email; you may then hold ONE conversation with each demo agent, limited to 8 minutes per conversation. Demo calls are recorded and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not impersonate other people or organisations (including AI Fortis and its team), probe or abuse the demo, or use it for anything other than evaluating our services. We may refuse, limit or terminate demo access at our discretion.
6. No warranty
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Product capabilities described here - including demo agent conversations - are indicative and subject to a separate written agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Fortis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website.
8. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
9. Engagements
Any project, product or service we provide - including our product suites ScanSystems (document automation and invoice processing) and the AI Fortis Voice AI Platform - is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client, together with a Data Processing Agreement where we process personal data on the client's behalf. In the event of any conflict, that agreement prevails over these website terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria (European Union). The courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
